Why we Started
As landlords ourselves, we started our business because we couldn’t find the HMO management we wanted. We wanted HMO lettings specialists who understand that HMOs are High Maintenance Operations, who are honest, hard working, keep tenants happy, rooms fully let, properties well maintained and landlords and investors happy.

Kadifa - Your Property Detective
Kadifa works with our landlords, investors and property partners. Her project manager skills ensure all our properties are forensically maintained….Columbo not Starsky & Hutch!!
Kadifa loves Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) and works out with her Personal Trainer twice a week. She is a big football fan and can be caught frantically pacing the floor (to her son’s annoyance) when her team is playing and the game is tense.
